Meet Dr. Maleki

Dr. Maleki has dedicated her life to creating beautiful, healthy smiles in Washington D.C.. She’s passionate about it - and about advancing the art and science of orthodontics. In fact, her contribution to the orthodontic profession includes serving as President of the District of Columbia Society of Orthodontists, Delegate for the Mid Atlantic Society of Orthodontics, American Association of Orthodontists Council on Government Affairs and she is currently serving as a Trustee for the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Maleki graduated from Georgetown University’s Department of Orthodontics with Speciality and Master's Degrees and immediately started teaching full-time at Georgetown. Dr. Maleki was a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Orthodontics while building a private practice at Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Maleki started practicing orthodontics full-time in 1990 and has continued to the present.

Dr. Maleki has treated many members and families of the Senate and House of Representatives - bringing beautiful smiles to some pretty famous faces. When she’s not working in her Washington D.C. office she spends much of her time traveling throughout the world.

Dr. Maleki and her family reside in Potomac, Maryland. Many patients know her son, who has often worked in the practice. In addition to spending time with her family, Dr. Maleki enjoys collecting antiques.
